I have 386bsd installed on an ASL 386, 4m memory, 120m ide drive.

when I try to run nfs, nfsd and mountd return the error
Can't register with portmap

I can run rpcinfo from another system, and all it will show is the
portmap :

	    100000 2 tcp	111	portmapper
	    100000 2 udp 111 portmapper

I have re-loaded the bin01 distribution, but that had no effect.

Any suggestions?
