I don't know how much they cost in the States, but here is the Netherlands
they cost aprox. Dfl 150,- (~$80) (incl 17.5% VAT). The manufacturer is
SDMS. These cards can (over here) be bought in almost any good computer
store. (ASUS also sells the same card (a NCR810 (~ NCR815 without bios))
called SC200 (?), an ASUS mother board has the bios on board (so if you have 
such a board the SC200 becomes bootable).
