I think the idea was to get people using the pstat() call instead of
walking structures. Could be some things didn't get into pstat(), but
that's what the SR process is for :)

A fair cop - kernel (what I presume you mean by "real") threads is
HP-UX 10.30.

I think it is found in the HP-UX software archive(s) which should be
listed in the HP-UX FAQ, which itself is archived on rtfm.mit.edu
under pub/usenet/comp.sys.hp.hpux/ and only recently started getting
posted regularly to comp.sys.hp.hpux after a bit of a hiatus. Each
excellent resources that you may want to keep handy if you aren't
already.
