ke> URGENT: Need to Transfer data from Apple3 disks

ke> I have to read the data from several hundred Apple3 disks, created by
ke> Apple Writer. A small charity I'm associated with used the system for
ke> @10 years and the machine just went south .

ke> Is there any utility available to read the disks? If the system was
ke> running I could print through a null modem to a PC port and capture
ke> the data that way. Intel system available: O/S's Xenix, Win95. Can
 ke> re-install FreeBSD

You won't be able to do it without either a special add in card for the
PC (rather rare) or borrowing another Apple, and transferring them via
a null modem to the PC...

... You can multi-task on C-64s. Keep a multitude of them!
