rm netscape

But seriously, I'd suggest finding out where it's trying to contact
(tcpdump -i tun0) and routing that IP through "localhost".

Netscape should then get lots of reasonably quick "ttl expired"
responses back when it tries to connect.  I haven't tried this myself
(yet) - I don't use netscape enough.
