Summary: ATX its not just oil for your transmission any more
Keywords: ATX pentium P6 venus keyboard

I'm thinking of getting an Intel Venus (P6, ATX) motherboard for
running NetBSD 1.2 on. I'm now starting to worry that the keyboard
will have run over some weird ATX-specific bus that NetBSD doesn't
have drivers for (eg. the USB -- the [not so] Universal Serial Bus).

None of the FAQ's or online docs I could find even mentioned ATX. I
assume this either means that its a non-issue because "of course it
works" or because "it can't possibly work, and it should be obvious."
Well, gentle readers, which one is it?

(Also, does one need a special ATX keyboard? Is there a special
mini-interface card one needs to convert USB signalling to the serial
data stream the kbd expects?)
