Maybe there is a quick answer for this. Default prompts have never
worked for us under BSDI 2.0 or 2.1. For example - given the prompt

q)uit, e)dit, p)ost: p


from tin, we have to hit 'p' in order to post, rather than just the
<enter> key. This happens in any program that has default prompts. 

Anyone have any ideas??
