I use a program on my linux called "Remind"... I believe it can be gotten
from ftp sunsite.unc.edu...  It's a bit complicated to figure out at first,
but once you get the hang of it (an hour or so of messing with it), it does
just about everything you could want and more...

I don't recall the archive name... sorry...
