I am thinking about using a dual hosted SCSI disk(s) as a
fast way of transferring a large amount of data between to PC's, of
which at least one (the data source) must be running DOS.
Any thought or experiences ? I am thinking of making the
other PC a Linux or FreeBSD based PC which would mount the shared
disk as a read-only FAT filesystem.
If I could find a way using Fast Ethernet of getting, say,
5Mbyte/sec from DOS to Linux/FreeBSD I would consider that too.
