Here's the disklabel I'm using for mine.  I've actually booted netbsd
(1.2B/i386) off the zip drive, which is pretty cool.  Having the
entire OS, including man pages, on your install media is great :-)

Under SunOS, I had to use two fewer cylinders, since the OS required
two alternate cylinders.  YMMV.
