I recently had a bad experience installing 2.2SNAP
I didnt like the unstableness of the system.
I reinstalled
2.1 RELEASE and noticed this new problem

I can only run about 10 processes before getting
No more processes
or
cannot form
errors.

This never happenned on my original install.
I have changed kern.maxproc and kern.maxprocperuid to no avail.

Here is output from sysctl -a

any and all help APPRECIATED!!
