Not the normal 'c'.  The 'c' should have a diacritical mark called the
hacek on top of it, like the 'r' in "Dvorak" (the composer, not the guy
on the keyboards).

Oh, and there should be a hacek on the 'c' in "hacek," so it sounds like
"hachek".
