I am trying to port the pppd from the current branch to use with the
2.1.5-RELEASE. Reason being the pppd in current has a lot of upgrades that
?seem? to be what I need to get dial-up from Win95 clients to work. Two
things:

1. There is a new header ppp_defs.h, I cannot seem to figure out where to
put it.

2. Are the any other changes that pppd is dependent on in the kernel that
would make this not work or be a major project?

Am I going about this the right way? Is there another version I could
[should] use, the RELEASE-stable-current-SNAP business has me a little
confused. Correct me if I'm wrong but 2.1.5-RELEASE is the latest version
in the "stable" branch and 2.2-961014-SNAP is the latest version in the
current branch?

Thanks,
Jeff
