Basically, you gotta navigate through all the marketing hype on their Web server (it's one of the worse examples for a Web server, at least wrt. technical contents). Go and find what they call ``3Com facts''. That's -- oh fun! -- an automated fax server where you can order an order fax :-O to order documentation. You gotta order by fax, of course. The fax is a little icky, very small fields. I've been taking the G3 file (we get our faxes by a modem), edited it with `xpaint', and faxed this file again. :) I wondered how they were able to read it at all. One wonders what they've got their Webserver and email for...
