Hi,
hate to ask, but: What is a DDB kernel, and how do I create it?

Anyway, feel free to ask me about how I created my crash recovery system. It
works 100% now, except for the questions I posted. But that's just fine
tuning.
I can now create a backup using tar off a running system, and can restore it
complete with 3 disks and the backup-tar somewhere on the local network.

Well, hope to hear from you.
