Hey All,
Well, I have been sucessful at getting my 3/280 to boot from my Linux NFS
box. Now, as per the "instructions" I am to copy the miniroot to my HD.
Well, small dilemma here... It doesn't appear as if NetBSD has "configed"
my HD's.
The BSD instructions use the example for rsd0b, well that is all fine and
dandy, but I am using SMD drives in my system. So, I made the SMD drivers
(on the linux box directories) and can't figure out how to get them to the
ramdisk kernel- but I can still use them by mounting the fs over NFS, so I
do have access to them.
When I attempt to use 'edlabel' to partition the drives I get a "device
not configured" error. Well, no kidding!!! How do you tell BSD to use xd0a,
xd0b...? If I try everything like the instructions I get the same error,
but that's obvious because I don't have "sd" devices...

I have looked through everything and I can't find any info on how to get
the drives to become available for install. What am I missing?

Thanks In Advance
   Brian
