By calling ATI tech-support, and shelling out $50.  Apparently, with
the release of the Mach32, they've decided that they can afford to
let the treasured Mach8 cats out of the bag.

Note that I have not done this myself; however, I have heard it from
more than one reasonably trustworthy source.
