I'm trying to load 386BSD on my 486 EISA Compaq but it loads
a few sectors or tracks and goes into a hard reboot. Anyone ever heard
of this problem? Anyone have a solution? (short of getting a different
PC) There are no extra cards in the PC... Only the necessities...
VGA, floppy HD cntrl, mem expansion, WD8013 e-net. That's it. I used
the dist.fs for the western digital card.
