Hello,

I found with the ports version of tcpwrapper that the hosts.allow
and hosts.deny files were configured to be found in 
/usr/local/etc, and NOT /etc.  My guess is that the package
edition was compiled in the same manner, so you'd have to move
your hosts.* files into /usr/local/etc to get it to work...
