There is a patch to fix this prob, one of my servers did
it,
but there's no operating problems so I didn't bother
applying
the patch.

    K210-003

SUMMARY:
	Some systems have DMA contention problems between SCSI
host bus adapters and the floppy disk controller. This
change allows
the floppy controller to retry many more times when a DMA
under run
occurs.  This problem is not new, but changes in other
parts of the
system caused it to show up more often. Install is where
this
problem is most often seen.
