That's the root directory of the 386BSD 0.1 bindist.  Well, i've
extracted them to the local disk, since i noticed that the timezone
skew might be important. :) As you can see, it has apparently been
made ready for release by July 14 US Pacific time (it's already been
July 15 in my timezone), but the final file list was done in the early
morning of July 15.
