P.S.  AFAIK Toby Farrand was head of the hardware group in Apple ATG that
designed the 4/8 bit frame buffer in the Mac II.  But then my alzheim, I mean
alltimer, uh, my memory's none too good these days.  Mommy?  Where's Bonzo?
