We've noticed slow performance in a BSDI 2.1 server which has a
busy INN process running on it. Specifically vmstat -m shows no 4096 or
8192 sized memory blocks available. Is there a q&d way to change the
memory allocation in the kernel to add more of these buffers?

TIA
