Samba allows NT machines to access FreeBSD (and most flavors of unix) drives
and printers seamlessly. From FreeBSD you can access NT resources, but you do
it via an ftp like interface. 

NT is also supposed to support the ability to be a BSD lpd (line printer
daemon). But we've had trouble trying to do that. (We've been trying to print
from Solaris 2.5 or SunOS 4.1.3 to NT 3.51 Workstation).
