i tracked it down, too, a few days ago...

UCB is a secondary for TFS, and doesn't have the correct info.

I asked Julian if he had updated the serial number when he
added ref, and he had, so i have no idea why the UCB nameservers
didn't get the correct info.

Unfortunately, i don't have time to beat the people who manage the nameservers
around here to "get it right" right now...

it bites me really hard, because around here, ref is *never* known,
even tho it's only a few blocks away... 8-)
