Change committed.  I've also uncommented the "lp" entry in
/etc/printcap, since we start lpd by default anyway.  While i was at
it, i've added a bunch of comments about the printer setup there,
including pointers to apsfilter from the ports, and to the handbook
section 7 about printing.
