mkisofs 1.04 that shipped with 2.1.5 seems to have some glitches,
the latest (1.05) seems to have fixed them.

	Get it at:
	ftp://tsx-11.mit.edu/pub/linux/BETA/cdrom/mkisofs

For those wondering, mkisofs makes an ISO 9660 filesystem to
	write a CDROM.
