Hi,
We are considering using a high end PC as a NFS server to a fair number of
Suns. The general consensus is that FreeBSD can do the job, but to be able to
argue the case for some money we need statistics.

So I need:
Benchmark results on the NFS serving performance of PCs running FreeBsd -
obviously I need to know the hardware being used and the type of environment.
Its highly beneficial if the results are from some standard benchmark suite
rather than adhoc tests.

I'll be happy to summarise and post anything mailed to me.

Any help would be appreciated,

Dave
