Streaming 'Fast-Start' QuickTime(tm) Conversion
Tool for Unix Webmasters and Multimedia Production
---------------------------------------------------

Digigami is looking for Beta testers for MovieScreamer --
our multi-platform 'Fast-Start' publishing and conversion
tool for QuickTime(tm) movies.

'Fast-Start' QuickTime movies are standard 'flattened' movie files that
have been 're-organized' for playback over the Internet (or corporate
Intranets).

Every QuickTime movie on the Internet should be converted to
the 'Fast-Start' format.

'Fast-Start' movies allow persons to play QuickTime movies before the
entire movie has downloaded (i.e. streamed playback). This streamed
playback can be done through Digigami's CineWeb plug-ins for Navigator,
through Navigator 3.0's native QuickTime plug-ins or anyone's elses
QuickTime plug-in that is 'streaming' enabled.

A 'Fast-Start' QuickTime movie is a non-proprietary format which can be
played back in any standard QuickTime viewer just like regular QuickTime
movies.

Digigami is looking for Unix Webmasters who have existing QuickTime
movies and want the ability to convert existing and/or new movies
to the 'Fast-Start' format directly on their Unix web servers.
