When losing our T-1 ethernet connection, even for just a few minutes, my
FreeBSD 2.1.5 system will not find the connection again without
rebooting. Processes all seem to be running okay. Just doesn't see the
outside world after a temporary disconnection.

Pentium 120
NE2000 compatible ethernet card
apache server

Suggestions greatly appreciated.
