Check the FAQ/Handbook which is installed as html docs on your FreeBSD
installation. The PPP section shows how you need to setup a ppp.conf
file (there is a sample with an example called simplesite). The
example shows the set login dialogue script, which does what you want.
If all else fails, man ppp
