I am trying to build ISODE v. 8 under FreeBSD 2.1.5.

I have not been able to roust support assistance from the ISODE Consortium.

I had it mostly working, but that after I had totally hacked up the make
and include files, and perhaps it was not going to work anyway.

I thought if someone had a proven config for the build, they might share
it, so that I too can finish this project.
