Ok Dale (can I call you Dale?), here is what you do:

Go find a newsgroup that deals with Windows and other mess like that.
This newsgroup is for stuff related to bugs on 4bsd, hence the
bugs.4bsd in the title. 

Also, since this message was posted to this group only, I'm guessing
that you posted it individually to many newsgroups. That's really
dumb, and is the tactic used by the spammers who want to MAKE MONEY
FAST, or Get You Into A Legal Pyramid Scheme. Geeze, don't believe
everything you hear on TV, and learn to use Usenet like it's supposed
to be used. 

You have a TV Tuner card in your machine? Was it cheaper than a TV?
