I tried installing from FTP (primary site) I too experienced this, in fact, at least a dozen packages aren't even on the CD (2.1.5-RELEASE) that I got from WC-CDROM, but are listed in the install app. For $40 I am not going to lose any sleep over it, although future releases (from WC) should be checked for this problem.
