I got to it with no trouble -- just took a little time. I will therefore
note from the page itself: you need to have Tcl7.5 and Tk4.1, and for
FreeBSD you will need to recompile the C portion of the file.

The screen shot looks nice -- similar to the Trumpet FTP program for
Windoze, with visual listings of the current local and remote
directories, and point-and-click maneuvering and selection.
