Ah, that's the key part there (and why I didn't suggest an sd2 install
to the first poster) - given the fact that the BIOS can't boot from sd2,
Olaf here has simply worked out a way to indirect boot through DOS. 
Igitt. :-)

Still, it's a clever solution to the problem, I'll admit.
