Am having problems with several 'net' packages written
in perl when run under NetBSD.

I am trying to use perl5.001.

Two packages I am having problems with are:

     webcopy (ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/computing/
               information-systems/www/tools/webcopy/)
     mirror (ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/mirror/)

Both these packages run fine under Linux (1.2.13) perl5.001.

Under NetBSD-1.1, I get the error:

     bind: Can't assign requested address

Can anyone shine any light on this please....
I assume it is one of the perl configuration options that
is wrong, but which one?

Regards
