Take a look at http://www.realaudio.com/help/FAQ and look at the "Is
there a way I can configure the Player to allow me to get audio
through a firewall?".  Real Audio has some hints on how to get audio
through firewalls and they even offer an (incomplete) proxy server of
their own.
