I have a SuperMicro P6DNF motherboard with one PPro 200 processor, 64MB Parity Ram used in ECC mode.
Adaptech 2940UW, 4.3 gig Altas FW Quantum, Matrox Mill. video card 4MB Vram

I seam to get page faults whenever I turn any for of Power Management on in the BIOS. For instance if I
turn on the Green Monitor Feature the page fault will occur when the bios goes to put the monitor in
power saving mode. Page Faults seam only to occur when it is time to put something a sleep.

FAQ briefly mentions APM for laptops. I was hopping to get a more technical explanation.

I am running 2.2 SNAP 960801.

One more thing. The ppp user deamon seams to die a lot. I load it up in my rc.local file. It says it
started it up but an immediate ps -ax show it doesn't around 30% of the time or so.
