My recommendation is to move over to ELF using John Polstra's ELF-KIT. Native ELF binary kernel support is available in current only so you must use a loader elf-run with 2.1.5. However GNU 2.7.2 compiler produces working code in this configuration, while all the other batches etc do not. ie templates don't work correctly ... libg++ will not compile ... you get link errrors... the list goes on.
