I did not try it, but the following should work, if you have a 3.5 floppy drive
on your Sparcstation (don't know much about the 3/x0, although it should work
an any UN*X system).

Just use "cp" to write the file to the floppy device /dev/fd0.
If that fails, try "dd if=dist.fs of=/dev/fd0".
That's about it.
