Looking at the output it's really the scsi controller
that complains.

I have seen this with a specific revision of exabyte DAT, it
was fixed by upgrading to a newer revision.

: Hello All,

: I seem to have a problem and hopefully someone on this list will be able
: to help me. The problem started about 2 weeks ago. With some
: investigative work we tracked the problem down to network spikes which was
: causing our NE2000 compatible Ethernet card to hang. In looking around
: some old BSDI postings I found that this was a known problem and BSDI
: recommended not using NE2000 compatible cards. So we went out and
: purchased an SMC Elite16C Ultra. Well the install went great. We shut the
: system down pulled the old card out and put the new one in. Booted the
: system up in single user mode changed over the /etc/netstart iface=ne0
: line to read iface=we0 and hit control-D and the system was running like a
: charm! Well about an 90 minutes latter the console screen was full of
: lines reading:
: bha0 - Operation time exceeds 10 seconds
: bha0 - Operation time exceeds 20 seconds
: bha0 - Operation time exceeds 30 seconds
: bha0 - Operation time exceeds 40 seconds
: These where those nice blue lines that really scare you! Basically from
: this point on you could not access any of the scsi devices thus the system
: was useless. We rebooted and everything seemed fine. Approx. 90 minutes
: latter BOOM the same thing happens. We pulled the SMC card out and put the
: old NE2000 card back in and all has been fine. However we know that at any
: minute the NE2000 card could hang. So if anyone has any help here please
: email me. The following log may or may not help.
