I can't seem to find any reference on the format and content of the
/etc/adduser.conf file. The man page for the "adduser" command makes
reference to the man page for it, but I can't find it on either v2.1.0R
or v2.1.5R

The "adduser" script is what I have been looking for to manage large
numbers of users, so I would like to take full advantage of it.
