I have received a correction on this. FreeBSD's Boot Manager will handle
both drives happily, provided it is mounted on your Drive C: (It has to
be installed there, because the BIOS will only boot from drives A: and
C:). Just select the FBSD Boot Manager option when the installation is
starting to define your drive configuration.
