I scanned the Handbook, the Faq, and the mailing list archives,
but I didn't find anything that looked like a ``definitive''
or ``suppported'' method, for 2.1.5.  There were a lot
of opinions in the mailing lists.... ;-)

What is the correct way of booting some scsi disk in a
system that already has 2 IDE disks configured.

1) Manually, and
2) Automatically
