Our fbsd machine recently lost all network capability. Every time we tried to
reach out of the machine, we'd get an "arpresolve: could not allocate llinfo"
message. Of course, noone could reach us, either.

What happened here? This is a fairly important machine, so our only choice
was to re-install and restore a backup, which takes the machine offline for
several hours. This is the second time this has happened. If I can't come
up with a reason and how to prevent it, we'll be forced to dump fbsd and try
linux.
