Has anybody seen this?

After upgrading from 3.1.2E to 3.1.2F, my X server no longer works. This is
the Mach64 server, and the graphics card is the ATI ProTurbo. I'm running
the FreeBSD-2.1.5 version of 3.1.2F, on a 2.2-960612-SNAP system.

(Yes, I *know* that my system isn't 2.1.5, and thus obviously no guarantees,
but the 3.1.2E version of the Mach64 server, which was for FreeBSD-2.0.5,
worked just fine on 2.2-960612-SNAP - until the date ran out...)

The error message I'm getting is:

Xalloc warning: Xalloc(<0) ignored..
Xalloc error: Tail corrupt in Xfree() for small block (adr=0x2d5090, val=0x6d6f522f)
PEXExtensionInit: Couldn't open default PEX font file Roman_MXalloc error: header corrupt in Xrealloc() :-(

Fatal server error:
Caught signal 11. Server aborting

The full output from the X server startup is given below. Note that this
error seems to be specific to the Mach64 server - I'm running the 3.1.2F
SVGA server with a Cirrus CL-GD5430 card on another 2.2-960612-SNAP system,
and I have no problems there.
