This seems different from the FAQ. I have a P6_200
with 64MB of memory (which the bios sees) but FreeBSD
only sees 12MB. This is 2.1.5. Dmesg excerpts follow:

FreeBSD 2.1.5-RELEASE #1: Fri Aug 30 07:27:51 EDT 1996
    toor@kyzyl.engeast.baynetworks.com:/usr/src/sys/compile/G6_200
CPU: 199-MHz unknown  (Pentium-class CPU)
  Origin = "GenuineIntel"  Id = 0x616  Stepping=6

Features=0xf9ff<FPU,VME,DE,PSE,TSC,MSR,PAE,MCE,CX8,<b11>,MTRR,PGE,MCA,CMOV>
real memory  = 12582912 (12288K bytes)
avail memory = 10743808 (10492K bytes)
