there are two ISDN-packages, one is included in 2.1.5R, supports the NICCY- 
ISDN parts.
the other supports TELES, called bisdn (or so), I think you will found  
s.th. on ftp://ftp.muc.ditec.de (or ftp://muc.ditec.de)
