I am attempting to install gcc/libg++ 2.7.2 on my FreeBSD 2.1.0 box. I am
having trouble compiling libg++. I am fairly sure that gcc (2.7.2) has been
compiled and installed correctly. This is the error that exits the compile:

/usr/include/stdlib.h:42: warning: abstract declarator used as declaration
/var/tmp/cc000872.s: Assembler messages:
/var/tmp/cc000872.s:1169: Error: Unknown pseudo-op: `.weak'
*** Error code 1

Any help would be appreciated. Email, is best however I check usenet
frequently as well.
